Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

what if she doesn't show up for divorce court. we've been separated for 2 years almost. everything is split already. it's all uncontested. no kids. Does she even have to make the trip back to S.C.?

As long as she has been properly served and properly notified of the date, time, and location of the hearing, it can take place whether she is there or not.
