Employed Illegal Aliens
Are aliens who work illegally in U.S. required to have Social Security and Medicare taxes withheld from their paychecks even though they cannot claim benefits?

Actually they are required to stop working and leave the country. If you are asking if they can get a refund of the money taken out the answer is no.
