remarriege

I have pending case I-485 basic on marriege,but i got divorced a week ago.I am getting remarried in October.what do i need to do to stop this proces and apply again with my new husband?

You will have to notify USCIS. Also, if you do not appear for your interview the case will be rejected but that may not be the best route. You definitely want to avoid more than one petition pending at the same time. If you'd like to discuss your case in detail feel free to contact my office.
