Legal Question in Employment Law in South Carolina

Wage Reduction without notice

My wages were changed from salary to 100% commission. I was never notified of these changes. It seems as though they are trying to get me to quit, I went from making 100,000 to almost nothing. What sort of rights do I have?

Re: Wage Reduction without notice

Under South Carolina law, workers must be notified 7 days in advance of any material change in circumstance or condition of employment.
