A dead tree limb fell on my tenant's car.

Am I responsible for the auto insurance deductible and her rental vehicle?

Have your ins. agent deal with it. They have to prove negligence (i.e. how long was it hanging precariously and obviously dead?) Tenant's insurer and your liability insurer should duke it out.
