Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Animal law ?

my son was hunting with his dogs and as they were chasing their prey the dogs crossed a highway and a car hit both of the dogs.the guy driving the car was killed as were both dogs.my son was about a half of a mile away from the accident when he heard the wreck and went to see what happen and thats when he found the accident.this was back in jan. and now the the guys instrange wife is suing my home owners insurance. there were no wittness to the accident as no one really knows what happen.was his speed a factor or his drinking a factor or did someone else hit the dogs before he came on the scene.i would like to know what can i do.i dont have alot and i am a honest hard working guy who tries to do the right thing.any info will be greatly appreciated.thanks

If they are filing a claim against the homeowner's insurance company, then the insurance company will retain a law firm to defend the claim. You would probably benefit by posing your quesions to the insurance company. Good luck.
