Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Golf Cart liability

I was driving my personal cart to the club house and was on golf course property when another person in their personal cart came flying up. I tried to go in one direction to get away but he went in the same direction hitting my golf cart at the back wheel. It through me out of my cart, through the windshield of his cart. I sustained numerous cuts and severe bruising. My question is who has liability in this situation. Both of us for our individual carts, the person who caused the accident or does the golf course have some liability for allowing the other driver to have a golf cart that goes in excessive speeds? Need some advice. Thanks.
