Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Injury in a public auditorium

I injured my knee trying to get to my seat in an auditorium. I was climbing across people in an aisle kind of like a movie theater, and my knee snapped. I left in an ambulance and now have to have surgery. The auditorium staff completed an incident and accident report. Is there any way I can get the auditorium to help with my medical bills?

Maybe. A lot of business have two insurance policies. One is for liability and the other is for what is called Medical Payments. Its the Medical Payments that I think your aksing about. You can call the auditorium and ask. If it is a city auditorium, then you may have to contact the city. You should also consult with an attorney
