Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Personal Injury Judgement

I was served with papers on an accident in 2003. I'm trying to make payment arrangements with the attorney for the Plaintiff. They won't accept the payments that I offered. They are asking for more than I can afford. Can you tell me what is the Statute of Limitations on this kind of judgement in South Carolina.

Re: Personal Injury Judgement

You may have certain rights in this case, but you should consult with an attorney to find out what your rights are. Many times payment workouts can be set up, or you may be a good candidate for bankruptcy depending on your situation. Just don't ignore it. Let me know if we can help.
