Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

personal injury

today my wife was sprayed with a pesticide by a pest control company. the technician did nothing to help the situation even stating that he didnt know what to do. I called the owner of the company and she changed her story of her reckalection of events at least 3 times in a less than 10 min conversation. she refused the names of the people on site and refused to tell me who was there at all. she did state that someone who was on site assisting with the spraying process was not liscensed and not employed by her company, but was helping her technicians. what rights do we have?

Re: personal injury

You really didn't provide enough information in order to advise you. You didn't say if it was intentional or not. I assume it was an accident. You also didn't elaborate on what your wife's damages are. If you think there was a licensing violation, you can call the State Licensing Board. If you think she was sprayed intentionally, then that would be a crime and you can call the police. If it was an accident and she has legal damages, then you can consult with a negligence attorney.
