I see that you send this question in on January 26th and I just received it today on January 31st. My apologies. This site has a delay in forwarding questions to attorneys.

Let me begin by expressing my concern. I hope that your nephew recovers quickly.

As far as the insurance company, this is exactly the type of work that I do. I do not know what county this is in, but I'm curious. My office is in the Myrtle Beach area but I represent people throughout the state.

What would really help me in giving you some good advise would be to know if the insurance company has state why they will not pay. In order to put the insurance company on the right track and get them to do the right thing, I need to know what their reasoning is. Without that information I couldn't begin to tell you since the proper approach must be tailored to particular situation. My guess is that they are alleging that this type of accident is not covered. But I need to know.

If you or someone else from your family would like to call me I would be happy to try and help. I don't charge for phone consultations. You can call me at 843-828-1137 or my toll free number at 888-789-8100. I also have a personal email address which is [email protected]. Calling me is best.

I've attached my web site and blog.
