I assume that there is no Will? Its hard to answer your question without some more information. Is there any documentation at all?

Is there a deed?

Do you have a copy of the deed?

How do you know that this property is suppose to get passed down from generation to generation?

What is it that the siblings are doing? Did they hire a lawyer? How did you find out?

Has anyone sent you any letters about this?

What papers or documents do you have on this property?
