Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

3 tickets 1 stop?

I got 3 tickets for one stop. 1 for speeding, 1 for insurance and 1 for registration. All are 3 seperate tickets for the same incident with 1 court date. It is possible to get out of these because they are not all on the same ticket? I heard of a guy getting out of his tickets and I think he used the term ''double indemnity''.

Re: 3 tickets 1 stop?

Police are suppose to write one ticket for each offense. Therefore, you do not have grounds to get out of the charges because they are on three separate tickets. However, its possible to do something with all three of these on another issue. Your welcome to call. Robert Johnston
