Legal Question in Traffic Law in South Carolina

''Unsafe Passing''

I was cut off by a car pulling out of a paring lot and I (long story short) safely prevent an accident from happening. I was later pulled over and given a ticket as to which i attended court for today. I took pictures of location of incident and as to which I was pulled over and distance between to prove my case. I also had a written and signed statement from the passenger of my vehicle along with a copy of the SC State articles which focuses on article supporting my case and innocense. In a closed room only containing my self, the officer against me, and three other officers...the Judge doesn't accept my witnesses' statement and doesn't care to see my copies of the LAW. Laughed at the picutres and said he found me guilty. I don't feel that justice was surved, I didn't nothing wrong to be pulled over, I was simply avoiding a collision at 45 mph. I feel the person who pulled out from the parking lot causing me to quickly & safely at most to change lanes. I don't think that the Law Enforcement Handled this in the correct manner and wrongly accused me after the Officer completely lied in court. I'm looking for a Lawyer who supports my case in an appeal.

Re: ''Unsafe Passing''

You have the right to appeal, but must do it immediately or you lose your right to do so. An appeal must be based on judicial error and would require a review of the transcrips. You need to immediately retain an attorney as a Notice of Appeal must be filed in 10 days from the date of the trial. Your welcome to call.
