Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina

Contest will of Grandmother

My grandmother wrote a will through an att. in 1999 leaving her estate to her four sons if they survived her and to their children if they did not. My father passed away in 2000. My uncle was estranged from my father and was adamant that the will be rewritten to remove my siblings and myself from any inheritence. In 2001 my grandmother was in the hospital when a new will was drafted and signed. We were unaware of the contents of this will until she passed away Oct. 2002. During the time from 2000 when my father passed and the time my grandmother passed Oct 2002, she made it clear that we would receive our father's part of her estate. When brought home from the hospital 2 days before she died, she reread the 1999 will as if this were correct. My uncle was the only family member aware changes had been made (through the same att. as the 1999 will). This new will was specific in stating that everything went to my uncles and their children with no mention of us. Can we contest the will on the grounds she was in the hospital at the signing of the 2001 will. I don't believe she remembers signing it based on her comments and reading the 1999 will two days prior to her death. If this is possible, what should our next step be?
