Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

reasonable settlement for amputated fingers while at work

i had 50% cutoff of middle finger and 35% off the ring finger of my right hand. IT happened only in january and clueless about laws for workers comp. They offered me a clincher of 7500 dollars. Is that reasonable and just wanting some advice from professionals.

It sounds low. There is a formula that is used which involves more information than you provided. I would have to know what your earnings were, disability rating from the doctor, etc. Your welcome to call. Robert Johnston 843-828-1137
