Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

Scar

I had surgrey on my back and it left a scar. Is it true that if you have scars or you broke some bones as a result of an injury that happenwhile on the job, that workmans comp is suppose to pay you a settlement other than lost wages in the state of South Carolina?

In some cases, you can recover for scarring. You are entitled to an award for any permanent impairment/disability to your back. Bacause you had back surgery, you most likely have some permanent impairment. I would be happy to discuss this with you.
