Are bankrupcy "do it yourself" kits legal?
Hello. I am considering filing bankrupty. There are "do it yourself" kits available on the internet, Are these legal or do you have to have a lawyer?

They are legal, you do not need a lawyer. you can save even more money and buy the forms for a few pennies each from the court clerk.
