my friend , her mom and boyfriend

this is more than a question, it is a nightmare! i hope you can help me with a positive answer. my friend is now over 30 years, but when she was a young teen her mom's boyfriend raped her. nothing was ever done becuase she was to scared to say something and when she did it was to late. in recent times he was found guilty doing it again and is now in prison serving 50 years! her mom still believes he is innocent and visits weekly. they have a jiont account with $20k of his money, she spent it all and doesn't weant to tell him since she lives in his house. my friend has been doctoring statements to show him monthly. i know her mom can't get into trouble for spending the money since it was a joint account but what about my friend? can she get into trouble? and waht is the maximum punishment? and how likely do think she would ge the maximum punishment?

If your friend was raped, she should advise authorities - end of story. Why in the world she is living in his house is beyond me. Regarding the remainder of your question, you have not provided enough information to answer; e.g., what documents are being modified, for what purpose,etc.

Tell you friend to get some counseling and find her own place.
