Legal Question in Immigration Law in South Dakota

My Fiance is not a us citizen. She is coming over for a semester abroad here in the united states with a F-1 visa this fall. We would like to marry while she is here but she will have to return for another year of school in her home country. Our plan is for her to move to the states in spring 2015 when she graduates from university. My questions are this: Will we complicate a future visa process, say applying for the green card if we get married while she is on a F-1 visa? And as for her name changing, will complicate matters if she waits to change her name while in her home country?

Yes to both. I would wait to get married until she is ready to permanently immigrate to the United States. Otherwise, it just creates too many potential problems of preconceived intent, immigrant intent, visa fraud, etc.
