Temporary Power of Attorney for Spanish executor
My mother needs to grant temporary power of attorney to a Spanish lawyer in order to petition the Spanish government to activate a modest monthly pension to which she is entitled (as a native of Spain with dual U.S./Spanish citizenship). What legal form is required to do this?

The best thing you can do is contact your spanish attorney, he will tell you the steps to follow and where you can get the Power, normally a notary.

Otherwise you can contact the nearest Spanish Consulate, where you may get it.
