Divorce with foreing national/spain
How would I go about getting a divorce in Spain if all the other person wants is her immigrant visa but she has a child wich she claims is mine but not? I all ready signed a paper saying I recognized him as mine but would like to dispute it. Please help!

I would have to check the statute for the exact procedure that needs to be followed, but I believe that you can get a divorce in Colorado, even if your spouse is in Spain.
