Legal Question in Investment Law in Sudan

are non sudanese allowed to own a property in Sudan ?

if we are not Sudanese , can we purchase a land in Sudan and register the property in our name ?

Yes non-Sudanese can own property and register it in their name. Moreover Sudanese authorities encourage foreign investers to aquire land for investement purposes specially for agricultural investment.
