Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
Collect money from an llc that has gone bankrupt
I paid $700 by check to a local salvage company for a transmission. They brought the wrong one and came back later and picked it up. They never brought the correct transmission and filed bankruptcy. A trustee has been named but what do i do to try to get the transmission or a refund?

You will have to file a proof of claim in the bankruptcy.
