Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

Definition on Schedule F

What does "Date Claim was incurred and consideration for claim" mean? Are they asking for a specific date, or a period of time in which the debt was incurred? (I am asking specifically about credit cards, because these debts were incurred over a period of time.)

Hi.

I myself never fill these categories in for my clients; but what they mean is what was the type of debt (the consideration give - was it a credit card debt? A student loan? a line of credit?) and date incurred, you can just give beginning-end time (for example, 1993-1997).
