Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee
Proceeds from a Law Suite
My cousin lives in Nashville, TN and is presently in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I law suite was files on she and her husbands behalf (class action) and they will be receiving their portion or the settlement in about 1 month. Will they be required to use the money to satisfy Chapter 13 payments.
