Legal Question in Business Law in Tennessee
Blanket charters
I run a 501(c)(3) non profit spay/neuter program in Gibson County, TN. I am chartered in Gibson County, registered with St of TN Charitable Org and of course the IRS. I am wanting to expand our coverage area to start including other counties in West TN. Do I need to be chartered in each county or is there a ''blanket charter''?
