As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Books with recipes are sold all the time, as are online recipes. Although many of the online versions are free, there is a charge connected to some of them. If you can find someone online to buy your flour recipe, good for you. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
