Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee

signature fraud

Want to know what I can do about husband who we have not been together for over 8 years. He is apparently filing a joint tax return and forging my signature, I have been filing on my own since we have separated He lives in Pennsylvania and I live in Tennessee. Now the IRS is coming after me because he apparently could not put my income down, now they are saying we owe back taxes, I want to know what I can do or how do I pursue this. I can get get copies of the tax returns that he filed for a cost and at the moment I am unemployed so it may take awhile, but I don't know who to contact

You need to speak with either a family law attorney or a tax attorney. There are forms you can file that essentially state that you are the innocent spouse of a misfiler.
