Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee

I was yelled at by a manager at a restaurant for no reason while a customer

While hosting a birthday party for my son's first birthday, I was rained out and redirected my guests to a local childrens play place. I spent nearly two hundred dollars there but also brought along some of my own favors. Without warning the manager approached me and yelled in front of my 30 guests and the rest of the restaurant to get my things out of there NOW! when I replied ok she pointed and screamed NOW! I was humilliated and it ruined the party. I was scared to take pictures or even light his birthday candle. I have tried to settle this with the corporate office however they are very uncooperative even after a full month of trying to resolve this issue. Do I have legal action of any kind?
