Legal Question in Technology Law in Tennessee

Opening an Internet business

My wife and I are considering opening an adult website. Nothing "smutty", more along the lines of Playboy. We would purchase pictures from companies, instead of taking them ourselves. We plan to do this as a business, running it ethically and responibly. Does the state of Tennessee have any laws that would prevent us from opening this type of business? If so, are there any ways around those laws. Thank you.

You need a Tennessee attorney to answer those questions. I am licensed only in California. I could tell you about California and federal law, but cannot advise you about doing business in your home state.
