Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Tennessee

i have joined llb 5 years course in the year 2009 in dr ram manohar lohia college in karnataka bangalore( Recognised by Govt. of Karnataka.

(Affiliated formerly to Bangalore University & now to KARNATAKA STATE LAW UNIVERSITY, HUBLI & recognised and approved by Bar Council of India)

and i have paid the 1st semester fees and got the admission from then on i have not written a single semester that is i have missed out, 6 semesters with 4 semesters fee pending altogather 6 semesters out of ten semesters due to my health factors i was not in a position to go and attend the college. will i be able to continue my course in that college? i want to write those missed semesters and continue with the course because i want to finish my law degree and i want to become an advocate. its my dream please help me.

Your question seems to be about contracts under Indian law in general, and the law of Karnataka in particular. Yet you have posted it as a question of American constitutional law, and in particular the law of Tennessee. You should direct your question to local attorneys instead.
