Garishment on disabity

The only income i have is disabity and a goverment check welfair since my exhusband wont pay support but an old credit card comp from99 is try to take my house how can i save it this is all i have an a teen age daughter! Please help

I would seek support from your husband. He can't just stop paying. The state of Tennessee will enforce your child's right to receive support.
