Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
charges pending
My 18 year old son was ''caught'' vandelizing his school as a senior prank,the police say charges will be filed (tresspassing,vandelism,and breaking and entering)can we get the charges reduced to misdemeanors?He has never been in trouble before and he is being punished by school and will pay restitution.
