Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

Disorderly Conduct

I was involved with a motorist with road rage, who jumped out of his car .I pulled around him ,but he followed me and called 911.I didn't stay around because of the way he was acting ,plus there was no accident. When police arrived I went back to tell my side of the story, the officer was loud rude and iI beleive had the road rage because i had not waitted and because I don't cow down and say yes sir no sir.I look him in the eyes.I was arrested for disorderly conduct..They did not charge me with any traffic offence,or write the other guy's name on the report.I can't even tell my side of the road rage incident.I would like to file civil and criminal charges. Also have my case dismissed..

Re: Disorderly Conduct

Hire an attorney. The things you are wanting done actually require someone to be there and represent you -- an attorney's advice on here is not going to be of any value in a matter like you have. You are not asking what the law is or for legal advice -- you want someone to represent you on the criminal charges and to file a lawsuit. Find an attorney. If you are in the Chattanooga area I will be happy to speak with you.
