Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

Driving on revoked, 2nd offense

Can i be charged with revoked 2nd offense due to dui if i had been eligible to get my license back since the dui? 1st time i just got charged with driving without a license. Judge gave me month to get them back but fines were to heavy. State of tn. Revoked them for 1 year. Then driving on revoked 1st offense judge gave me 2 days in jail and fines. Now they say revoked 2nd offense due to dui. They seized my dad's car. Is this a accurate charge?

Yes, and yes. You need to talk with an attorney who handles such cases to see what your options are. Just because you are charged properly does not mean you will be convicted as charged. Contact me by email at [email protected] if you want to discuss your options further.
