Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

well my ex girlfriend got a call the other day from the drug task force to go see them at there office. They did not try to contact me or anything. So I decided to call and see what it was about. Well my family for me not to go since they did not give me a paper making me come they said if they want you they would just arrest you. So I figured ya that makes since, well she ended up admitting to something we did but there is no proof but that I believe can I get arrested?

Yes, you can be arrested if a warrant is sworn out against you, or if the grand jury returns a sealed indictment.

The level of proof to charge someone is much less than the level of proof needed to convict.
