Depends on the county and the judge and your record and how much pot was involved and the setting.

The maximum is 11 months and 29 days in jail, but here in Chattanooga that would be on probation and the defendant would have to go to drug and alcohol counseling and screens and if a test showed positive for drugs, the probation would be revoked.... but this varies considerably among judges.

Find an experienced attorney familiar with your judge or district attorney.... but keep in mind that even if you did have pot on you, there may well be strong defenses that could avoid a conviction.
