Search & Siezure

Can someone tell me what the search & siezure law would be for a motor home stopped for a routine speeding ticket. Searched because driver seemed nervous according to the officer report.

The 4th amendement of the U.S. Constitution protects us from "warrantless" searches with certain exceptions. One of those is the automobile exception, which allows for a broader scope of search because of the mobility of the searched vehicle. Depending upon your circumstances, there may be a valid argument to be made if any criminal charges are forthcoming from the search and the resulting discovery of incriminating evidence. Consult a criminal attorney in your area to more fully discern your situation.
