Legal Question in DUI Law in Tennessee

my name is angela I'm 22 and I got a DUI in may of 2010. I plead guilty in june without a lawyer did 48 hours in jail was put on probation for 11 months 29 days, ordered to take a 16 hour alcohol safety class and was supposed to be given 24 hours of litter pick up. But when I plead guilty the judge told me that if I worked in the jail while doing my 48 hours then he was going to waive my litter pick up. The prosecuter got angry and told the judge that it couldn't be waived because it was statute but the judge said he would waive it anyway. I washed clothes and other things while in jail then went home to go through a year of being on probation and no license. Well I got everything done...alcohol class, 1300 in fines paid, passed their drug tests..but one saturday morning I get a call from my mom saying the police had come looking for me because of a warrant. I waited until monday and I turned my self in. I had to wait for court to see the judge but when I did it was a different judge and the prosecutor told me I violated my probation for not doing my litter pick up. I tried to tell him the judge waived it but he wouldn't listen. They gave me until may 25 to have it done but when I left court and met with the probation officer he told me litter pick up was booked until the end of july. I feel like they are going to sentence me to the penal farm for a year

Often times you can perform other types of community service other than litter pick-up. Contact your probation officer and ask them what you can do to fulfill the requirement. If they are not helpful and don't provide you with other options, you need to hire an attorney to assist you otherwise it is very possible you will be spending some time in jail.
