0.08 is the limit for adult non-commercial vehicle dui.

Commercial vehicle =0.04

Juvenile = 0.02

But that is the "per se" (semi-automatic) dui limit. A person can be

Guilty of dui if they are in fact under the influence even if the actual

reading is 0.07 or lower.
