What is the best thing i can do for a second dui, instead of spending the whole 45 days in jail. I've been in front of Judge Mcguire and she has put it off until Feb. 4. I would really like to get some time in behind me.

Assuming you don't contest your guilt, you may be able to spend some of that 45 days in an alcohol treatment center.
