How much time am i allowed to prepare my defense?

My dui trial is being put to trial after only 29 days from the time of arrest is this legally enough time to prepare a defense

No. In order to establish a defense, one must have the records from the Div. of Forensic Science in Richmond, VA. These records take approximately 30 days to process. You must know whether your BAC was rendered on a properly calibrated machine. Additionally, you must learn whether the technician administering the tests was certified. Not getting this information, in my view, is tantamount to giving the government a green light for a successful conviction.
