Validity of Ba testing

Involved in a 1 car mva-refused treatment at the scene- no testing done at the accident site. allowed to leave with my father. 1 and 1/2 hours later officer arrived at my home and arrested for DUI-had 3-4 shots athome after the accident d/t injuries. Taken to the hospital for BA testing after drinking at home. Is BA valid?

Not really sure what you mean by asking if the BAC is "valid." It may well accurately show your BAC at the time the test was taken, but be entirely meaningless as an indication of your BAC at the time of the accident. You need to talk with an attorney who does a good deal of DUI work before going to court because your case sounds like one that can be one -- I have won cases that were very similar to the way yours sounds.
