Dissolution of Manager/Artist Agreement

If record company that manager sign you(artist) with has breech contract and you have dissolved relationship with record company and manager based upon breech record label and defamation of character by manager. Also, manager's contract states if ''contract is breech, manager is under no circumstances to receive monies from compact discs, etc.'' Is manager entitled to any percentage of monies of CDs sold, if this statement is in contract? Contract w/Record Co. said album release date was 2/14/05. No album as of 6/1/05.

All of the questions you ask are dependent on the terms of the agreements. An attorney would need to review the agreements in order to give you an answer.
