Management and booking questions
Is it legal in the state of TN to operate as both a manager and a booking agent to the same artist? And does a booking agent need a license to operate in TN, and if so, is that license valid to book performances in every state?

I am not aware of a statute that requires a booking agent to register with the state. To my knowledge, it is not illegal to be both a booking agent and a manager although it does create quite a few conflicts of interest.
