Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Not allowed to see my son

My soon to be ex-husband and I have been going through a divorce for a year now and had an agreement worked out just between our lawyers and ourselves. Well, now, after he called DCF on me for child abuse (which they found none) he is refusing to allow me to see my 2yr old without his supervision. What can I do??? His lawyer is telling him not to let me have to child. We are not divorced and no parenting plan is in place. There is no child abuse charges against me and I was cleared be DFC who told him to let me have my son back. WHAT DO I DO??????
