Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

After a break-up, getting my property back.

After a break-up of a 6year relationship ( never married or engaged ) I am trying to get back my property ( sofa , tv , other things ) these were not gifts , I do have receipts. She is playing games, won't give all my stuff back , claims I gave it to her, says it was gifts. We have been broke up for a year and she has been keeping my stuff because I had no place to put it , but , she said she would keep it for me, now that I am trying to get it , it's a game . Should I go to court with my receipts? Please help.
