Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

children's pictures

My exhusband is a photographer on the side and takes pictures of underage teens that are very pervocative. On this my space account, he has our two children on there as well. I told him that I did not want my children's pic on the internet and he put them on there anyway. I am the sole parent and in our papers it says that he has a say so only in extracurricular activities. In the meantime I have had several underage girls tell me that they have been hit on by them. That is one of the reasons we got divorced. He is President of the softball league here without any children playing softball. He just hits on the underage girls. It all boils down to that I DO NOT WANT MY CHILDREN on MYSPACE. What can I do? He has no signed consent.

Re: children's pictures

You would be able to go back to the court that granted your divorce for a restraining order enjoining your husband from posting your children's photos on myspace and taking inappropriate pictures of them. We can protect your children through this restraining order.

In regards to the other underage children, if the pictures are as inappropriate as you say, you could always call the police and have them investigate the matter.

Additionally, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] to set up a free consultation to come meet us and discuss your case further.
