mY EX HUSBAND HAS FULL CUSTODY OF OUR GIRLS 17 AND 16. HE DECIDIED TO LET THEM MOVE TO KANSAS WITH ME. i RELALY DOTN TRUST HIM. SO CAN ANY ONE TLEL ME , IF I CAN WRITE A CUSTODY PAPER AND JUST MAIL IT TO HIM TO SIGN IT, OR DO I HAVE TO HAVE NOTITED REPUBLIC STAMP IT HAS I SING IT, THEN HE HAS TO DO THE SAME IN TENNESSEE. I WANT TO BE BALETO DO THIS WITH OUT GOING TO THE COURT SYSTEM. CNA I JUST WRITE IT WHERE HE IS GIVING ME CUSTODY HAVE HIM SIN IT AND SWEND BACK TO ME , PLEASE HELP ME?

You should have a court order to change the custody and this should be done in the state where the divorce action was finalized.
